Yes, you can repurchase your option from Splitero through the closing of your home. The sale must be an arm’s length transaction (parties acting independently and in their self-interest) at fair market value.
You can repurchase your option from Splitero at any time during the 30-year term. There is no penalty for repurchasing your option before the term is over.
