Offer

After application approval, we will conduct a valuation of your home. Then we will coordinate to schedule a day to sign the closing documents.

Funding

After signing the closing documents, you will receive closing proceeds via wire transfer.

Repurchasing your option

Repurchasing your option can occur at any time within the 30-year term. Repurchasing is typically completed via a refinance, home sale, or cash buyout.
